Ingredients:

  • 1 dl maitoa
  • 1 tl valkoista viinietikkaa
  • 3 rkl sulatettua voita
  • 2,5 dl vehnA�jauhoja
  • 1 tl leivinjauhetta
  • 0,6 dl sokeria
  • 2 rkl hunajaa
  • 1 iso kananmuna
  • 3 rkl kermaa
  • 2,5 dl tomusokeria
  • 1 tl vaniljasokeria
  • elintarvikevA�riA�

  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp whipping cream (plus a little extra, if needed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup confectionera��s sugar
  • food colors

Directions:

  1. YhdistA� maito ja viinietikka pieneen kulhoon ja siirrA� jA�A�kaappiin 15 minuutiksi. TA�stA� tulee kotikutoista piimA�A�.
  2. Sekoita yhteen jauhot ja leivinjauhe pienessA� kulhossa ja siirrA� syrjA�A�n. YhdistA� suuressa kulhossa voi, sokeri ja kananmuna. Jaa kuorrute neljA�A�n kulhoon ja vA�rjA�A� kulhot haluamillasi vA�reillA�. Kaada kaikki vA�rit yhteen kulhoon ja tee kiehkuroita jotka yhdistA�vA�t vA�rit toisiinsa.
  5. Dippaa donitsit kuorrutteessa, anna kuorrutteen kuivahtaa noin 20 minuuttia ennen syA�mistA�.

  7. Combine the milk and vinegar in a small bowl. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to chill.
  8. Whisk together the flour and baking powder in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, honey and egg. Add the buttermilk and mix until combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined a�� make sure not to overmix.
  9. Spoon the batter into a piping bag fitted with a round tip and pipe into a greased doughnut pan. Bake at 400F for 7 minutes. Cool for 1 minute in the pan, then flip the pan over to remove the doughnuts and cool completely on a wire rack.
  10. Make the glaze: Whisk together 1 cream and the vanilla sugar. Add the confectionera��s sugar and whisk until fully combined. If the glaze is too thick, add a dash more whipping cream. Divide the glaze into 4 bowls. Leave one bowl white and dye the remaining deep shades of pink, blue and purple. Dollop the 4 colors into a bowl, swirling them together to create a swirly pattern.
  11. Dunk the doughnuts into the glaze and return to the wire rack. Sprinkle some edible glitter on top. Allow the glaze to dry for 20 minutes, and enjoy!
