  • 2 dl ruisjauhoja
  • 1 tl leivinjauhetta

  • 2 dl kuohukermaa
  • 250 g vaniljarahkaa
  • A? dl tummaa sokeria
  • 1 tl vaniljasokeria
  • 3-4 dl mustikoita
  • Koristelu:
  • 3 dl kermaa

  • 4 eggs
  • 0,6 cup brown sugar
  • 0,8 cup rye flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Filling:
  • 0,8 cup cream
  • 250 g vanilla quark
  • 0,2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1,2-1,6 cup blueberries
  • Decorating:
  • 1,2 cup cream
  • blueberries

Directions:

  1. Vatkaa munat ja sokeri vaahdoksi.
  2. Sekoita keskenA�A�n ruisjauhot sekA� leivinjauhe. LisA�A� jauhot vaahdon joukkoon ja sekoita varovasti nostelemalla tasaiseksi taikinaksi.
  3. Kaada taikina voidellun leivinpaperin pA�A�lle pellille ja paista 200-asteisessa uunissa 7-10 min. Kumoa kypsA� kA�A�retorttulevy leivinpaperille, jonka pA�A�lle on ripoteltu sokeria. Irrota paistopaperi ja anna levyn jA�A�htyA�.
  4. Vatkaa kerma vaahdoksi, lisA�A� maitorahka ja mausta seos sokerilla ja vaniljasokerilla.
  5. Sekoita marjat rahkaseoksen joukkoon. LevitA� tA�yte tasaiseksi kerrokseksi kA�A�retorttulevylle. KA�A�ri levy rullalle ja jA�tA� saumakohta alaspA�in.
  6. Anna kA�A�retortun vetA�ytyA� hetki ennen koristelua. Koristele kermavaahdolla ja mustikoilla. Tarjoile.

  8. Beat eggs and sugar in a stand mixer until fluffy.
  9. Mix rye flour and baking powder together. Add the flour to the foam and mix gently by lifting it into a flat dough.
  10. Pour the dough over greased baking paper and bake at a 200 degree oven for 7 to 10 minutes. Take the baking paper off from the ripe roll cake sheet which has put onto baking paper where sugar is sprinkled. Allow the roll cake sheet to cool.
  11. Whip the cream into foam, add the vanilla quark and season mixture with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  12. Mix the berries in the mixture. Apply the filling to a flat layer on the roll cake sheet. Roll the cake and leave the seam point down.
  13. Let the roll cake pull back a moment before the decoration. Decorate with whipped cream and blueberries. Serve.
